By creating the concept in 3D meant that we could meet tight deadlines and it allowed us easily manipulate the 3D Model to be rendered at a high resoloution from a series of different angles. I then developed the 2D Star concept as a 3D model, working with Art Director to achieve the correct lighting and material finishes that would allow the star to have a sense of movement and life to feature as the heart of the campaign.
They hired me to develop the Star Concept in a 2D design working closely with the client to explore variations of shape and colour that reflected the brand. Services Provided: Concept Design / 3D Modelling / Rendering & RetouchingĪs part of the ‘All New Transpennine Express' rebranding campaign, WCRS wanted to create a 3D star concept that worked well with the brands identity and would feature prominently in their Out Of Home and Digital Campaigns. The final changes were made and a series of different colour and furniture modifications were made before the final images were Rendered to a high resolution and retouched for the client presentation.Ĭlient: The Transpennine Express / WCRS / Engine Group Working with 2D Cad elevations and a previously existing base model, I adapted the environment and began to add detail into the space creating bespoke models and lighting solutions that would help bring a sense of realism to the space using the site recce and photo documentation allowed me to compare my Cinema 4D Models and Lighting with real images of the existing space.ĭuring the design process both the Design Director & Art Director received regular Rendered updates of the concept to ensure that they were happy with visualisation and that it remained true to their concept. After accepting the brief I headed down to offices to take measurements and photo documentation to use later for modelling, lighting & texturing within the 3D environment.
